An unlimited plan would mean an unpredictable queue and a slower service for everyone. A clear monthly allowance plus cheap extra minutes is more honest.
Billing questions
- How do I cancel?
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Do unused minutes roll over?
- Subscription minutes do not roll over. Minutes bought in a pack stay on the account while it is active.
- What counts as a minute?
- The duration of the source video you transcribe, rounded up. Re-exporting the same project does not cost extra minutes.
- Can I get a refund?
- App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Ask us first and we will help — most problems are fixable.
